In this position you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products by providing insightful analysis and recommendations to division and department leadership. You will leverage research, performance data, and competitor insights to inform strategic decision-making. This role may involve specializing in researching competitor products, developing and/or enhancing product/contract language, underwriting guidelines, and/or analytics.
Position Compensation Range:
$67,000.00 - $111,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
Primary Accountabilities
- You will provide information to leadership/management that will affect profit and growth plan execution on an ongoing basis.
- You will develop reports, analysis, or recommended strategies related to product development or enhancement, product language, underwriting guidelines, processes, and agent business practices.
- You will analyze information and present opportunities to improve product or business practices and procedures.
- You will monitor effectiveness of current products and recommend changes and/or enhancements to management.
- You will analyze information and/or data in support of the formulation and execution of operational plans.
- You may specialize in supporting pricing activities related to rate reviews, profit and loss ratio-based reviews, experience rating programs.
- You will research philosophies and strategies that support growth and long-term profitability goals.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- You will demonstrate experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
- You will demonstrate experience with various PC software applications and Microsoft Office products.
- You will have solid knowledge and understanding of insurance product design and underwriting concepts in area of expertise.
- You will have solid knowledge and understanding of market research and marketplace trends in insurance coverage.
- You will have basic knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, practices, techniques and tools.
Travel Requirements
- Up to 10%.
Additional Preferred Skills:
- You will have Farm, Agricultural or Property Insurance experience.
In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110; Denver, CO 80112; St. Joseph, MO 64507
