The ISG Sales organization is seeking a Private Placement Regional Marketing Specialist to help grow our Private Placement channel. The Private Placement Regional Marketing Specialist will focus and call on new and existing advisors discussing Private Placement Life Insurance and Private Placement Variable Annuities opportunities while also supporting the External Wholesaler in the field. The individual will spend time supporting their territory and the External Wholesaler from the home office and travel as needed to their respective territory. This role will be responsible for educating and partnering with advisors, to transition them from non-producing to producing, to grow our business and reach within defined markets. The ideal candidates for this job should possess strong product and case design knowledge, exceptional presentation and consultative skills, along with the ability to be a self-starter.

The current employee work arrangement for this position is fully virtual. While this position does not require your on-site presence on a regular basis, depending on business preferences, there may be occasions where you are required to be on-site at a Prudential office.

What you can expect:

  • Calls on advisors with a heavy focus on educating them on Prudential's value proposition and PPLI / PPVA opportunities. Will host and facilitate meetings, 1:1s and prospecting phone calls.
  • Identifies sales opportunities, provides case design input, runs illustrations, and on point to close cases with advisors.
  • Supports PP External wholesaler to drive sales in their territory.
  • Developing Marketing campaigns, Promotional mailings to meet with advisors.

What you'll need:

  • 3-5 years Sales Experience (Life or Annuities).
  • 2+ years Case Design Experience.
  • Self-motivated with a sales mentality and acumen.
  • Strong executive presence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal partners.
  • Life & Health license / FINRA Series 6 and 63.
  • State Insurance Licensed.

It'd be a plus if you had:

  • Salesforce.com experience a plus.
  • Professional designations such as CFP, CLU, ChFC preferred.
