Executive Compensation Analyst (Flex/Home Office)

Boston, MA

Administers the company's executive compensation programs including base pay, and short and long-term incentive plans. Manages work plans of development of our quarterly and annual executive compensation statements. Maintains awareness of business climate and internal and external factors impacting executive compensation programs.

Position Compensation Range:
$67,000.00 - $111,000.00

Primary Accountabilities
• Assists and administers executive compensation programs including administration, communications, improvements of existing processes, creation of new processes, and individualized/custom solutions.

• Collaborates and partners across the enterprise maintaining strong cross-functional partnerships.
• Manages and creates annual executive compensation filings.
• Managing annual survey participation planning, results, and vendor relationship.
• Partners with other internal teams to gather necessary executive compensation information.
• Submits annual survey salary results to our third-party Executive compensation vendor for uploading to their system, where applicable.
• Identifies and documents business requirements for systems and for plan/programs administered by third parties, and back-up to on Workday entries.
• Assists with the creation of onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and cash flow statements materials. Provide materials for review and distribution.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of pay types and compensation practices.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of project management tools, methodologies, and practices.
• Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel for reporting and to perform analysis.
