Join us as a People Operations Partner in which you will work closely with the HR Business Partner organizations, Learning and Development (Talent Management space), and Total Rewards teams to gather requirements for People & Culture (P&C) technology enhancements. You will learn about and document current state, and identify areas of continuous process improvement, and establish best practices. You will be responsible for creating and owning short and long-term projects from start to finish.

If you're passionate about HR Systems & Operations, change management, and have experience in a techno-functional or business analyst capacity supporting P&C, this is the role for you! Role may be remote in the United States.
What You'll Do :
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the groups you support and the technology they use to perform their duties. Meet with these groups regularly to prioritize and roadmap process and technology enhancements as well as new technology implementations.
- Project manages technology enhancements and process improvement projects from end to end.
- Partner with the HCM and IT groups to provide requirements and collaborate on best practice for configuration of the process or enhancement requests.
- Create test plans, coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing with business stakeholders to ensure the configuration meets the requirements and desired functionality. This also includes regression testing on a semi-annual basis in conjunction with new/existing product releases.
- Identify areas for improvement to ensure data integrity, optimization, and consistency across all People systems. Flag areas where there are data integrity issues to be resolved immediately.
- Support the change management of technology enhancements, process improvements, or new technology added to the business. This may include, communication planning, facilitating and conducting end user training and creating supporting documentation such as guides or quick videos.
What You'll Bring to The Table
- Deep understanding of Workday's HCM (Business process frameworks, Performance, and Talent modules) required.
- 3 years HR Systems and/or HR Operations experience in a techno-functional or business analyst capacity.
- 3 years of experience with project management, requirements gathering, test plan development, and conducting UAT.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to drive prioritization, establish roadmaps and lead change management efforts are required.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people at all levels in the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, presentation, and communications skills.
- Strong problem solving and time management skills.
- Exposure to Agile preferred but not required.
- Experience in content creation platforms such as Articulate/Rise 360, Canvas or Camtasia highly desired.
Compensation:
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The salary range for this role in the United States is $125K- $160K.
In addition, you may be eligible for additional compensation, such as a bonus. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
