Responsibilities:
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of financial models within Anaplan, ensuring they align with business needs and best practices.
- Partner with FP&A and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements, optimize existing Anaplan models, and enhance reporting capabilities.

- Assist in data integrations between enterprise systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday, Snowflake, SFDC) and Anaplan, ensuring accurate and timely data flow.
- Contribute to process automation and workflow improvements, leveraging Alteryx and other tools to enhance data transformation and reporting.
- Maintain data governance and model hygiene, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with internal policies.
- Provide financial modeling and analysis support to business leaders, enabling strategic decision-making and cost-saving initiatives.
- Support documentation exercises to ensure the models that we build can easily be understood by end users.
- Support end-users with training, troubleshooting, and enhancements to financial systems and planning tools.
Technical Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, Finance Systems, or Data Analytics roles.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Anaplan model building and optimization.
- Experience with other Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools is a plus, but Anaplan expertise is preferred.
- Familiarity with Anaplan Datahub best practices, New UX dashboarding, and reporting functionalities.
- Familiarity with data governance and integration best practices across financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday, SFDC).
- Experience with Anaplan model building and optimization, including Datahub and UX dashboarding.
- Exposure to SQL or similar database query languages is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of financial planning concepts, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling.
- Ability to troubleshoot model performance issues and optimize Anaplan for efficiency.

- Hands-on builder who enjoys working directly in Anaplan and financial systems, refining and optimizing models.
- Proactive problem-solver who evaluates existing processes, identifies areas for improvement, and collaborates with the team to implement enhancements.
- Adaptable and flexible, able to handle shifting priorities and adjust to sudden changes based on business needs.
- Resilient under pressure, maintaining focus and efficiency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong financial acumen, able to quickly grasp complex financial models and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Clear and concise communicator, capable of explaining technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Initiative-driven team player who actively engages with stakeholders, shares insights, and takes ownership of projects while working collaboratively.
Bonus:
- Anaplan certifications (Model Builder, Solutions Architect, or Master Anaplanner).
- Familiarity with Alteryx for data prep/blend workflows and Snowflake for financial data integration is a plus.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and how financial data integrates with Snowflake.
- Prior exposure to ETL tools, API integrations, or workflow automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation and multi-entity reporting.
- Experience working with large datasets and performance tuning in a financial planning environment.
- Excited to explore AI-driven automation in FP&A.
