Digital Customer Success Manager - Events (Portuguese Speaking)

As a Digital Customer Success Manager you will specialize in 1:All customer event delivery across the customer lifecycle. This role requires effective communication, focused on ensuring a positive experience for attendees. As part of the Digital Customer Success team, you will work to execute, build & innovate tailored digital events to drive engagement with specific customer profiles (Decision Maker, Administrators & End Users) using the right content at the right time.

Responsibilities

  • You will be the one who delivers the weekly scheduled events.
  • Tailor communication to resonate with the specific needs and interests of the target audience.
  • Develop strategies to maximize attendee engagement before, during, and after events.
  • Monitor audience feedback and make real-time adjustments to improve the event experience.
  • Develop strategies to scale these programs further through pre-recorded experiences and on-demand experiences.

Required Qualifications/Skills

  • Core & Advanced Certification in Alteryx Designer (Alteryx Knowledge Advantageous).
  • Proven experience in event delivery (Remote Delivery Advantages)
  • Sharing & reporting on the impact of your customer-facing activities.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficient in event management software and tools.
  • Have a growth mindset that see's change as a positive & is comfortable with failing fast.
  • Fluency in Portuguese
  • Working hours will be in America timezone (MST)
