As Senior Digital Customer Success Manager, you will manage and drive expansion opportunities for 50+ accounts at different stages in their lifecycle. You will monitor their engagements with the Alteryx platform, lead & partner in innovative scaled projects and consistently deliver specific customer outcomes through data-driven behavioral triggers. You will have a proactive approach to both customer engagements & group projects and excel at personalizing customer success at scale. AS DCSM, you will work cross-functionally with other departments in to drive value, enhance ROI and optimize satisfaction for each customer you engage with.

Responsibilities

  • Use data to drive relevant, timely, programmed, and automated communication to your customer coverage proactively.
  • Consistently capture customers' Critical Business Issues, solutions & value for internal & external stakeholders to be held accountable & educated.
  • Lead the creation & optimization of a Digital Program for Customer Success.
  • Be an advocate and spokesperson for the Success at Scale business as part of cross-functional programs delivering on customer experience.
  • Provide insights into streamlining processes and recommend enhancements.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and contribute towards team culture through mentoring, program lead & or feedback.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a CSM, Consultant, Sales, Sales Engineer or similar Customer Facing role, including 2 years' experience in Data Analytics or related Data Management field.
  • Native German speaker
  • Proven record of execution & accountability against targets/projects
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on customer outcomes through a balance of human-led and digital-ed activities.
  • Experience owning project/programs that drive measurable value and results for clients.
  • Project management & vision/solution mindset when working in groups or as an individual.

  • Alteryx Micro-certification
  • Experience using Gainsight
