Job Description
This role performs moderately complex claim related activities related to non-technical claims in accordance with established quality and timeliness standards on specific losses. As directed by management, the individual handles one or a combination of claim files. The individual is expected to deliver compassionate service that is fast, fair, and easy, to ensure customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:
Makes and maintains a connection with the customer by understanding and meeting their needs
Receives, screens and routes incoming telephone calls and other electronic correspondence
Handles claim files (locates/requests files, files paperwork, reconstructs missing files, moves misfiled documents, sends to other offices, etc.)
Performs clerical duties, including data entry, filing paper documents, email, calendar management, and word processing
serves the customer with empathy and follows up to ensure that customer needs have been met
Assists adjusters with more complex claim handling, analyze documentation and settle basic, straightforward, and routine claims quickly and efficiently
Participates in or assists in training new or less experienced employees and demonstrating work processes
Completes all necessary forms, logs documents into the system, and routes them to the appropriate parties
Generates and sends appropriate forms to insured/claimant for completion
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Homeowner Property Subrogation Experience Preferred
- Strong Writing and Communication Skills Required
Work Location and Schedule:
- This position is a permanent remote home-based role. Your home office does not need to be near an Allstate office, but it does need to be in the United States.
- Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm CST

- A dedicated workspace in your residence that is private and free from distractions
- A minimum internet bandwidth of 50 MB down/5 MB up
- Appropriate work surface and seating.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $17.43 - 24.55 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
