Job Description
The Performance Media team is responsible for the overall strategy and planning of digital media tactics across several platforms. The Senior Media Consultant, reporting to the Associate Performance Media Manager, will be responsible for end-to-end campaign development with a focus on campaign execution, analysis, and optimization across the paid social portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with content specialists to develop high performing creative assets and messaging, and optimize digital experience through A/B testing and
multivariate testing
Ensure campaign tracking/tagging is implemented to capture all necessary data points
Partner with the operations team to develop annual plans and budget forecasting, and proactively manage media budget to variance thresholds
Drive constant data-driven optimization of campaigns and incorporate learnings to improve performance
Benchmark campaign results against historical as well as competitive results and always stay ahead of industry and competitive trends
Drive strong financial performance of medium budget under management - new business sales and customer lifetime value
Execute performance media campaigns - structuring and setting up campaigns, implementing bids and budget caps, placing bid modifiers, monitoring performance and regularly optimizing to drive better results
Develop quarterly performance media plans focused on testing and optimization
Functional Skills
Experience working with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
Digital analytics tool experience i.e. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
Ability to think strategically and execute at a tactical level equally well
Ability to influence decision-making in a highly matrix environment
Advanced Excel skills, including understanding of formulas, functions and analyzing results
Advanced organization and project/program management skills
Advanced communication skills including proficiency in developing and delivering presentations
Requires strong collaboration and attention to detail
This role may require a flexible work schedule including nights and weekends
Education
4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $62,800.00 - 114,175.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
