Job Description
The Ivantage Personal Lines Team is responsible for handling agent inquiries related to the Allstate Expanded Market personal lines and flood business. The team is primarily accountable for providing exceptional service to all EAs who contact Ivantage by promptly handling their sales and service needs. The team also handles projects or other call-team initiatives as appropriate. The Personal Lines Analyst II provides day-to-day consultation and support to agency owners and policyholders who participate in the Allstate Expanded Market programs and assist with projects to drive continuous process improvements in the Agency Care or High Value Home Team.

Key Responsibilities
Provides exceptional service to agents and policyholders related to Flood programs and understands NFIP flood underwriting guidelines. Has the ability to handle sales and service requests.
Provides exceptional service and support to Allstate agency owner including High Value Home binds and servicing, general agent questions including onboarding, commissions, market availability and IQ navigation/troubleshooting.
Supports Ivantage sales goals and initiatives by actively educating and engaging agents in the various programs, promotions and technology solutions available to them.
Screening of service and new business requests to identify applications that meet underwriting guidelines and referrals. Binds coverage as needed on behalf of the agent to help them say yes more often. Applications that do not meet the admitted underwriting guidelines, will be referred to a non-admitted market solution.
Resolves issues of basic to moderate complexity using judgment, decision making, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Answer high volume of inbound phone calls, emails, and chat and be able to provide agents excellent customer service which is measured via Net Promoter Score.
License Requirement: Candidates must have a Property & Casualty license in their state of residency

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $40,000.00 - 66,227.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
