Job Description
The Training Associate III role is responsible assisting in the delivery of online training resources, task/procedural documentation, classroom training and organizational development initiatives. This position will also facilitate and assist with online documentation, research tools and web-based training resources for operating departments.

Key Responsibilities
Provides service, information and procedural guidance to customers
Provides developmental support to employees
Selects appropriate alternative tools and procedures from clearly defined options
Provides clerical support (i.e. schedule maintenance)
Delivers processes and procedures via job aids, manuals, or facilitation
Documents post trainings activities
Assists with technical issues and questions during trainings
Education
High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
Experience
8-10 years experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
