Your role in the team
Allstate is seeking a talented Graphic Designer who is passionate about design, videography and communication to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering creative, results-oriented design and motion solutions that are consistent with Allstate's business and brand strategies. The Graphic Designer will maintain the brand's visual identity and standards as well as develop fresh and dynamic new visuals for the brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the corporate communications team to design collateral to promote Allstate's presence, services and products.
- Research, develop, design and produce materials for digital and print.
- Collaborate in the development of new project concepts and campaigns.
- Ensure adherence to existing brand guidelines and design within the brand identity.
- Shoot, record and edit video and photography work.
Essential Skills
- All applicants must demonstrate they have a legal right to work in the UK for employment at Allstate. Allstate is not providing sponsorship for this vacancy.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Graphic Design
- Experience in video and motion graphics using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Experience with digital and print media.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative solutions.

- Organized, self-directed, efficient and able to manage projects in a timely manner
Desirable Skills
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
