Job Description
Work Scope:
- Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Client Success Executive serves as the strategic partner for our clients and is responsible for managing and overseeing key relationships within their book of business
- This role is responsible for managing successful client launches as well as maintaining client operations and relationships post-launch
- The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of account management experience and is highly self-motivated.
- They must demonstrate superior follow-through, assimilate and synthesize information quickly and communicate comfortably with their account contacts at all levels of management within the organization and externally.

Essential Functions
- Serve as the strategic point of contact after the sales process is complete to ensure successful launch/implementation as well as ongoing operational support for client post-launch
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding new clients and ensure operational and technological components for client launch are executed smoothly
- Work cross-functionally with internal partners to research and create solutions for potential client needs or issues that arise, spanning a wide range from payment issues to technology issues
- Utilize pipeline management software to manage accounts, increase customer uptake, drive effective marketing efforts and provide new product offerings based on customer needs
- Develop solid partnerships with key stakeholders at client accounts
- Attend Onsite and offsite client meetings and conferences with current or prospective clients; travel required throughout year and during open enrollment
Required Education and Experience
- High school Diploma or GED mandatory, Associates or Bachelors preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management and/or business-to-business sales
- Prior experience in B2B2C distribution
- Experience with web-based applications
- Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience
- Excellent written, spoken, listening, and critical analysis skills
- Presentation Skills: Via web, phone and in person
- Self-Starter: Following up with clients, ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities without impacting deadlines, plan and execute with minimal supervision, strong work ethic, exceptional integrity
- Ability to interact with a wide variety of behavioral and personality styles effectively and make all feel comfortable
- Able to tackle new assignments and wear multiple hats, advocating on behalf of client and Allstate Identity Protection simultaneously
- Work well independently and in a team environment
- Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Travel: Overnight and day travel is expected. 25-50% travel
Work Environment : This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work : This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. This position may require long hours and weekend work when necessary.

Work Environment: Except for our Customer Care roles which necessitates onsite work, most other roles are remote. AIP is a remote-first company; however, our roles are open to in-office or flex work if you live in a city with a physical office location
Physical Demands: We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings and office collaboration tools. Employees will have to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity machinery, as necessary. Employees must be able to remain stationary for extended periods and must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication.
