Job Description
The Business Systems Manager develops and implements project reviews, system analysis, enhancements, and testing of a wide range of applications. This role works as a liaison between Information Technology, product managers, compliance, and end-users to successfully deliver fundamental system changes.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyzes project requirements and recommends fundamental solutions that meet the needs of both end users and the business
• Partners with business clients to review system changes to ensure all relevant needs are met
• Drives solutions by developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of systems to make basic recommendations for solutions that focus on business need
• Creates and executes test plans/scripts and verifies results; includes functional, system, usability, acceptance, and regression testing
• Partners with business unit to analyze potential changes or improvements and creates supporting documents
• Informs Management of any facts, events or information that may impact the success of a project or deliverable
• Provides guidance to Project Management group and other business units as directed
Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 7 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job has supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $134,400.00 - 217,350.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
