Position Summary
The Logistics/Operations Lead provides oversight of the logistics and program maintainability to include the technical evaluation and identification of systems logistics requirements and resources.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex special operations, intel, and asymmetrical logistics missions for the DoD, IC, and other U.S. Government (USG) agencies in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
- Manage logistics and operations for ISR assets, mobilization, and demobilization to include Force Protection, Imminence of Hostility, Atmospherics, and Situational Awareness reports for USG consumption.
- Provide acquisition logistic support including sustainability, reliability, maintainability, and availability of the system's components.
- Prepare logistics documentation to establish the range and depth of spares, tools, test equipment and related manuals to be deployed and stocked.
- Analyze, organize, plan, and administer various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, or maintenance/repair activities for one or more programs.
- Review contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports for assigned contracts to determine spares provisioning or maintenance/repair requirements.
- Conduct distribution studies, conduct inventories (contract award & closeout), and analyze requirements to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times.
- Develop and implement procurement policies, supervising shipping and warehouse activity, and monitoring supply chains and transportation processes.
- Determine maintenance and repair materials and standards required for deployment.
- Develop requisitions for and manages records of equipment, components, repair parts and related manuals; tracks logistics materials and parts for proper allocation of storage facilities; reviews configuration changes to evaluate impact on logistics deployment; documents equipment, component, and parts conditions; and identifies logistic support documentation to be included such as drawings, technical manuals, and maintenance requirement cards to support lifecycle of product.
- Identify, prioritize, and assess key logistics assets and infrastructures.

Required Education and Experience (Mandatory)
- Ten years of relevant logistics operations supporting ISR collection and overseeing and leading Combatant Command (COCOM) in-theater intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) & fixed wing/rotary wing (FW/RW) logistic operations.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical, business, operations, or equivalent field
- Possess a TS clearance with SCI
- Requires knowledge of the Federal Supply System as well as automated and manual supply systems and equipment serviceability standards and criteria.
Desired Experience
- Eight years of experience leading and managing logistics operations for an ISR fixed wing/rotary wing (FW/RW) program consisting of multiple teams in a distributed environment
- Ten years of experience as a logistician on DoD-related programs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
