Summary

HII - Technical Solutions Division (HII-TSD) is currently seeking a Deployment Engineer to support the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. The successful candidate will work remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic, and they will be expected to work on-site in the Washington, DC office when the government agency determines it's safe to return to the office.
What you will do
- Utilize your strategic and technical experience to drive the adoption of Adobe cloud implementation and distribution.
- Develop and maintain documentation of IT standards, IT service delivery policies and procedures including best practices for managing the cloud environment.
- Provision, configure and maintain cloud infrastructure.
- Drive consistency in customers' user experience with moving to Adobe Cloud by designing and implementing a cloud governance model to include site's policies, processes, and roles.
- Develop Preferred Practices for Cloud Deployment and document configuration processes and policies (current and future) including IT standards, IT service delivery policies and procedures.
- Provide technical details for cloud deployment across a heterogenous environment including Windows, Mac, Apple and Android devices.
- Assist with developing appropriate support models to provide exceptional customer support and communication to staff and executive levels within the organization.
- Provide and assist with administration of Adobe Cloud at both service and account levels to include resolving client connectivity, client software distribution, and mobile installation issues.

What you must have
- Bachelor Degree with 12 years specialized experience.
- Hands-on technical experience at a high level with cloud application deployment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of modern enterprise architecture, enterprise-scale experience with cloud infrastructures, identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance topics with regards to cloud solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with Non-Managed and IT Managed Adobe Cloud deployment options, including familiarity with various deployment technologies to include KACE, SCCM, PDQdeploy, etc.
- Experience providing 2nd and 3rd level support.
- Experience designing cloud based virtualized system solutions.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
