Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, visionary leader to serve as Vice President of Health Navigation Product and Strategy for Alight. This role will be responsible for driving innovation, growth and differentiation within Alight's healthcare navigation business. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of healthcare by collaborating with industry-leading employers to define and deliver transformative solutions that help employees make better decisions for their health care, and employers to realize maximum ROI on their benefits investments. As the VP of Health Navigation, you will define strategic direction, spearhead market-leading initiatives, and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for Alight's healthcare navigation business, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market needs.
• Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and position Alight as a leader in healthcare navigation solutions.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, Client Delivery and Sales to define and create scalable, innovative solutions.
• Engage with clients, industry leaders, and internal stakeholders to advocate for and articulate the value of our navigation services.

Market Analysis and Innovation

• Conduct comprehensive market research to stay ahead of trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to integrate new capabilities and enhance service delivery models.

Team Leadership and Development

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
• Promote professional growth and cross-functional alignment within the organization.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, consistent quality, and alignment with market demands.
• Manage relationships with key vendors and partners to optimize operational efficiencies and service delivery.

Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field preferred.

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, product management, business development, or related leadership roles, including health care industry, consulting, or healthcare navigation.
• Proven track record of driving growth and transformation in enterprise-level environments.

Skills and Competencies

• Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a matrixed organization and across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Deep understanding of the health care and point solution industry and the broader benefits landscape.
