As a Senior Sourcer, you will significantly impact our recruiting efforts by identifying and ushering top talent through the recruiting lifecycle. Your expertise in sourcing and candidate experience will streamline our hiring process by contributing to the growth and success of our team; you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization.

A Typical Day: 

• Partner with the recruiting team by building a pipeline of top talent through multiple sourcing channels
• Work closely with hiring teams and recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies for a variety of roles
• Engage and qualify product candidates for relevant openings and assist them through the recruitment process
• Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns to achieve hiring goals
• Develop a strong understanding of the recruiting process and drive/recommend improvements
• Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape
• Track the progress of leads/candidates with great attention to detail
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
• Regularly track and analyze pipeline and performance data to share with internal stakeholders

Your Expertise:

• 5+ years of Technical Sourcing experience engaging and activating passive candidate pipelines 
• Experience in creative sourcing through multiple channels (web, social/professional networks, etc.)
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in high growth environments
• Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse (ATS) and/or GEM is a big plus!
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates

Your Location:

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. Airbnb,Inc. can employ in  states where we have registered entities. Currently, employees can not be located in: Alaska, Indiana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Alabama, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Delaware and Rhode Island.
