Employer Brand Program Manager, Content & Campaigns, Americas

As the Employer Brand Program Manager, you will drive our content and campaign initiatives across the Americas (in North America and Latin America). You will focus on creating content and campaigns that tackle brand awareness and lead generation initiatives, drive candidate engagement and empower recruitment enablement. You will collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders to align these regional efforts with the global Employer Brand strategy. This role is based out of our Chicago office.
What you’ll do
- Iterate and execute on the Employer Brand strategy for the Americas, ensuring alignment with our global strategy
- Lead Employer Brand employee advocacy regionally
- Manage and grow our digital presence in North America through multiple channels, including organic and paid campaigns
- Work cross-functionally with the Employer Brand team to support regional events and partnerships
- Define and monitor metrics and KPIs on regional employer branding initiatives, taking a data-driven approach to everything you do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Leadership, HR, Marketing, DEI, Recruitment, Internal Communications, and more
Who you are
- A data-driven individual with solid Employer Brand experience who excels in converting data into insights and insights into action
- Knowledgeable about the talent market in the Americas
- Skilled in stakeholder management and confident working with technical teams
- A proven track record of creating bold awareness, engagement, and lead generation campaigns
- Entrepreneurial, creative, and comfortable working autonomously
- A versatile team player who's eager to roll up their sleeves and tackle various aspects of the role to continue positioning Adyen as an employer of choice
- Portuguese or Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
