As a Senior Global Pricing Analyst supporting the Deal Service Organization (DSO), you'll work closely with our Sales, Service, and Finance teams to ensure we deliver the right pricing to our stakeholders. You will use your finance analytical skills and business expertise to make informed decisions about deals, profitability, and risks to define and strategize the right solutions to help close deals that align with ADP's business goals.

You'll play a critical role in sales performance including configuring the deal, preparing pricing, and estimating costs and margins. You'll need to make decisions to accept or reject a deal based on the key metrics and provide detailed financial analysis to executive leadership when needed. Once approved, the Contract Managers and the Legal team will take the deal forward. This role requires excellent business acumen and a passion for client success.

What you'll do:
Here's what you can expect on a typical day:
- Deal Liaison and Trusted Advisor:As a trusted partner, you'll work with the sales team to assist them in getting their deals through the process to meet sales quotas while ensuring proper financial controls are in place. You'll build relationships based on respect and credibility in the event you must reject a deal. You will coordinate required participation from internal resources as needed.
- Pricing and Deal Tracking: You'll conduct pricing and margin analysis to determine discounts and profitability. Based on your analysis, you will decide if deals should be accepted or rejected. You must have the financial savvy to make the required analysis, ensure deals meet agreed-upon SLAs with maximum speed to market, and finalize deals in partnership with finance team decision-makers.
- Product expert:You're well versed in products overseen by the Deal Support Team for your business unit. You'll grow your knowledge base to assess multi-service deal potential.
- Training:Assist sales with navigating new products and pricing tool enhancements
- Leasing Support: Provide ADP Commercial Leasing with proper information and analyses for clients who opt to defer implementation fees; ensure contract reflects deferral terms.
- Process Improvements: Provide feedback and testing support for pricing tool and enhancements.
Experience. You have 8+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- Recent successful experience partnering with Sales and architecting complex, global deals while ensuring key finance controls are maintained
- Financial analysis expertise, including the ability to navigate successfully through large data sets, analyzing inputs from multiple sources.
- Experience performing pricing and margin analysis to understand discount levels and profitability
- Demonstrated business acumen
- Ability to clearly communicate across a variety of audiences
- Knowledgeable of products overseen by the Deal Support Team and the competitive landscape for those products
- Demonstrated success working as part of a team on business development for new product opportunities
- Skilled in business communication, presentations, listening, probing, and analysis
- Technical aptitude with deal associate tools, including Microsoft Office suite
- You'll have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Strategy, Business, or equivalent.
For additional comfortability in the role:
- Sales experience
- FP&A or Finance experience
- MBA Finance or similiar
