In this role, you will serve as ADP's front-line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training their users on ADP technology, and more. You carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

Day-To-Day, you will assist clients with onboarding the Work Opportunity Tax Credit product that the client purchased from ADP. This involves client requirement analysis, system set-up, and client training within the required time frame. Every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each client.
To thrive in this role, you have a way with clients that builds rapport, establishes trust, and shines with professionalism. What you'll do:
What you can expect on a typical day:
- Client Support. You will implement ADP's solutions to clients, following ADP guidelines, and in accordance with client expectations. Implementations include adding additional products, client transfers from other parts of ADP, or migration from one ADP solution to another. You will help our clients manage their business using our solutions and deliver a seamless client experience.
- Learn. You will continually maintain and expand your knowledge and proficiency of the implementation job functions, ADP products/service and implementation best practices. You will apply industry and product knowledge to optimize system configurations and product upgrades.
- Collaborate. You will ensure client satisfactions and retention through timely solution delivery within client-defined timelines. You will resolve issues, provide solutions, and ensure accuracy of all aspects of client set-up. You will remain engaged with clients throughout the implementation clearly communicating priorities and timelines with members of the client project team. You will collaborate with varius departments such as sales, service, integration, and operations.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a Business-to-Business client service/customer service interface or systems integration environment
- Basic project management skills
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.

- Proficiency in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems

- Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Office
