ADP is hiring a Senior Director of IT Strategy

We are hiringfor our Global Enterprise Technology Solutions (GETS) Strategy & Operations Team. This role will partner closely with ADP executives to assess our technology and services offerings, helping to shape a comprehensive strategy for the ADP's IT portfolio. You will also monitor emerging IT trends, market shifts, partner feedback to identify new opportunities and challenges for GETS.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here is what you can expect on a typical day:

• Strategic Planning.Help lead, create, and communicate a clear IT strategy for the GETS organization, working closely with partners in ADP business units and technology teams to ensure GETS future growth and success. May include identifying and prioritizing initiatives, identifying key opportunities, measuring progress rigorously, and aligning long-term goals with clear vision.
• Decision Making.Manage our services and technology portfolio, work with internal teams to surface the right metrics / KPIs to assess business value impact, financial performance and help decision making. Responsible for monitoring the progress of the identified GETS strategic initiatives, including reporting on results and adjusting the strategy, as needed. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate the GETS strategy to senior leadership, associates, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across functions and business units. Help shape the storyline and create materials for product executives' internal and external appearances, such as Board of Directors meetings, client events, etc.
• Partner with product leaders to identify new product strategies and initiatives as well as continually shape existing ones based on market, buyer, and client signals. This role requires a deep understanding of IT, including key trends, competitors, and client needs.
• You will create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders and ensure everyone is in this together and communicates most appropriately. You will collaborate across multiple teams within your own organization or others.

• You will have a bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
• You have 8 - 10+ years of experience related to IT strategy

• MBA strongly preferred, but not required
• Experience in a top-tier consulting firm, product strategy or corporate strategy at a technology company
• Strong business strategy acumen and IT/technology understanding
• Experience developing and evaluating strategies: identifying and framing issues, developing hypotheses, conducting external research and analysis to test key hypotheses, developing execution plans
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft and deliver compelling messages to internal and external audiences, including executives, vendors, and partner teams
• Creative problem-solving skills, with a keen sense of future consequences from present actions
• Ability to influence at senior levels, and to integrate information from cross-functional teams
