ADP is hiring a GlobalView Workforce Management Scrum Master. In this position, you will as a member of ADP's GlobalView® Implementation team, Scrum Master staff are responsible for planning, monitoring and managing the delivery of projects to meet agreed deliverables, scheduled timeframes and allocated budgets. Scrum Masters must follow ADP GlobalView's defined project methodology and manage client expectations throughout the lifecycle of the project.

The Scrum Masters assist their teams in meeting delivery goals. They coach teams in self-organization and self-management and help them coordinate and participate in Agile Release Trains (ARTs) events, for example, Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, and Iteration Retrospective. They aim to increase the effectiveness of SAFe across the organization. The ADP GlobalView Scrum Masters are integral members of an Agile Team and share responsibilities for the team's overall performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitates Program Increment (PI) Planning by working with other Scrum Masters and the Business Owner; Works on preparation for PI Planning, Draft PI Plans, Coordinates with other teams, creates team PI Objectives, and reviews final plans.
  • Improving the flow of work by establishing the Team Kanban Board, measuring and optimizing the flow, build in quality following the Behavior-Driven Development principles.
  • Ongoing responsibility, contribution to, and compliance with the ADP GlobalView Project Management Methodology in liaison Line Manager and Methodology Manager.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement cycle of implementation process and ensuring it is aligned with global best practices and utilizes clear standards and templates.
  • Ensures the successful implementation of projects leading a team of implementation associates providing leadership and serving as primary, project level liaison for clients.
  • Identify the most effective allocation of resources and tools required for project in compliance with project requirement.
  • Manages the day-to-day operations of the project to ensure successful delivery of project scope, timelines and budget.
  • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Must be willing to travel 25-50% (international & domestic)
  • Project Scheduling and Cost Control:
  • Oversees the project preparation and planning functions by:
    • Developing project direction and conversion strategies
    • Establishing project plan, communication expectations and assigning/scheduling project tasks to team in accordance with established contract
    • Ensure forecast for staffing hours is created and maintained with high level of accuracy
    • Planning and resource scheduling

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 3 to 5 years of Human Capital Management Project or Program Management Experience
  • 3 to 5 years Workforce Management, Time and Attendance experience
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Project Management/ PM administrative experience in IT and/or Payroll/HR Industry
  • PMP certification highly desired
  • Prior experience with ADP Payroll products (Enterprise and/or eTime)
  • Previous Kronos / Enterprise eTime experience highly desirable
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and time management skills
  • Ability to inspire and lead others beyond their own expectations
  • Client focused and committed to providing World Class Service
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Outgoing personality, with the ability to collaborate in a fun, yet professional, environment
