A Back Office Manager is responsible in managing the orders in queue by distributing it to the team based on the capacity and scheduled first payroll of the client. Coordination and constant communication with the analysts, regional and sales partners is expected to ensure the timeliness of order setup completion. The Back Office Manager is also responsible and observing behaviors and coaching to drive accuracy and efficiency of the analysts.
Must have at least 2 years of Leadership experience for external candidates, must be at least G6 forinternal candidates.
