As a Project Manager in the Health Care Reform business unit, you will plan and facilitate associate readiness training initiatives to Health Care Reform associates. A portion of your time will be spent planning, coordinating, and implementing projects and content resources that support our clients and associates. The other portion of your time will be spent delivering new hire and continuous learning to our associates.

In this position you will be the leader or a key contributor in the development, implementation and facilitation of new or revised knowledge development program spanning across new hire onboarding, ACA regulations, product releases, tools and technology, and processes.
A typical day involves working with your stakeholders and your team members for each of your projects. Each project is different, and it requires a high level of engagement, collaboration and curiosity to clarify stakeholder needs. As the voice of the team, you will work with your team members to review your documented findings, partner with them in assigning project tasks in Microsoft Planner and support them throughout the project. Frequent project updates are crucial to success and occur during the weekly team meeting and project specific meetings.
What you'll do:
- Manage, support and/or deliver instructor led training across multiple projects related to Health Compliance product releases, process updates, tools and resources that support or impact associate and client knowledge and development.
- Act as the voice of the team in key initiatives to clarify project scope, deliverables, timing and recommendations.
- Partner with your teammates to research, gather and document user requirements and seek input for required documentation and content for each training.
- Coordinate content development, publication and delivery with designers, SMEs, Legal, Agency Relations, content management and training.
- Manage assigned project's scope, timeline and changes.
- Generate and maintain key project documents (i.e. work-plans, use cases status reports issue, performance and completion data) as needed.
- Communicate regular project updates to team members, project stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Gather and analyze data, report findings, and communicate suggested actions continuously.
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

- Proficient using Microsoft Office.
- Experience with project management tools and structured methodologies.
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include:
- Experience in service, implementation, training, or equivalent knowledge/experience with pertinent HCM products/solutions, OR
- Prior military experience that focused on teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a "never lose" mentality earned as part of the military to build relationships, impact businesses for the better, and achieve success.
Bonus Points for These:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Applications - Planner, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Lists, Forms, Power Automate.
- Experience delivering instructor led and virtual associate training.
- Knowledge of ACA regulations and the ADP Health Compliance product
- PMP or equivalent professional project management certification
