JOB SUMMARY: The Marketplace Implementation and Support Consultant will realise API integrations for clients. The role covers 3 main areas:
1. Discover - together with client and Account Management/Sales discover if the API's available for the Systems of Record connected to Marketplace will fulfil the integration need of the client.
2. Implementation - work in joint effort with Marketplace DevOps team on gateway access and setup for client. During this phase professional service might be required to educate the client on API consumption. Develop configurations according to client requirements, test and debug final system setups. Load client data provided in the required layout and coding.

3. Support - after initial setup act as 1st line support consultant for any API/Marketplace related questions the client may have.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serves as primary point of contact for clients during all above-described phases
• Provides consultancy to map and validate functional use cases to available API's at SOR
• Serves as technical/functional sparring partner for ADP colleagues and clients on API use cases
• Analyses client specifications and implement solutions in the software to meet end user requirements

• Develops and improves existing methods and techniques based on problems encountered in active cooperation with Marketplace DevOps team and R&D teams
• Contributes to maximal client satisfaction in using Marketplace
• Aligns and shares Marketplace knowledge internally and with clients
• Ensures proper registration of data in relevant CRMs
• Maintains overview and continuously monitors all process steps client/prospect in onboarding to Marketplace
• Constantly and actively contribute to the Standardization and Improvement processes
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
• Sets up the software system by configuring parameters
• Loads sample client data in the system
• Runs scripts and data base interrogations
• Compares data base interrogations with client data, providing reports on differences and mismatches
• Ensures functional parametrization for custom requirements
• Develops custom software specifications for developer
• Sends analysis of software bugs and/or desired software enhancements to R&D teams for system upgrades
• Performs testing to check system compliance to legislation and client requirements before UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Keeps the project team informed regarding key deliverables, milestones, status and risks of each implementation
• Designs and delivers accurate solution configuration document (that may take different names, depending on respective work stream) that follows standard work best practices and allows for interactive modelling and testing, to build client confidence.
• Identifies gaps and facilitates training needs within the team
• Focuses on process improvement and promotes a BPI culture within the team
• Is the first level of support for any technical questions as per the level of knowledge acquired
• Continues to act as first level of support/partner for client after implementation is completed

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Computer literate, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Ability to work in an information systems environment
• Client-focused attitude
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage the work efforts / priorities of other team members
• Ability to quickly understand and decompose HR, business and technical concepts
• Effective at communicating clearly technical and business matters / ideas
• Willingness to learn, embrace change and focus on continuous improvement as part of a new team
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Proven experience (+1,5 years) in relevant industry, on similar process or activity
• Must be proficient using Microsoft Office and have working knowledge of various operating systems
• Higher education
• Languages: English and French or Dutch
