Role objective:

The primary focus of this role is to lead Global & Enterprise-wide Technical Programs, with a goal to drive Security, Resilience & Compliance across International product portfolio. This role will include working globally across a large complex portfolio, as an individual contributor within a distributed product development model. The Sr. Technical Program Manager is expected to centrally drive Program working closely with SRE & GETS, build standard best practices, coach the teams during deployment and drive change management with regular reporting on Program progress at various leadership level. The ideal candidate must understand software development lifecycle in an agile environment, infrastructure management and requires Program Management, mature leadership, strong change management, influential and communication skills to meet & exceed key Business objectives defined.

  1. Responsibilities:

Key Duties/Tasks

  • Develop technical Program road-map for SRE's collaboration across Enterprise and GETS team
  • Drive Program management with strong governance defined across various Project work streams
  • Build Program / Project plan with close tracking of task execution
  • Coach, guide and support the SRE teams on deployment & change management
  • Ensure risk & issues are tracked and followed up until closure
  • Timely & proactive communication to all key stakeholders on multiple diverse/technical Programs
  • Establish R&R between SRE, GETS and Central team to ensure expectation alignment / clarity
  • Manage multiple work streams or diverse tech. projects to meet or exceed key business objectives
  • Support yearly Product plan cycle working closely with SRE & GETS
  • Manage the SRE community and ensure to drive regular connect / actions
  • Drive to improve our security and compliance posture across ESI by providing thought leadership
  • Focus on continuous improvement and build best practices to bring consistency for SRE's activities
  • Assess new strategic Program request and coordinate execution working closely with the SRE community
  • Build documentation ad centralize the information for easy across for SRE's / Leadership
  • Monitor and report Program status to key stakeholders & Sr. Leadership.
  • Build standard framework that can be consistently applied across ESI Product Development.
  • Drive Product Catalog simplification and any change management as per the road-map
  • Act as an ambassador between SRE & GETS
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  1. Experience:
  • 5+ years of technical Program / Project management experience working with Infrastructure teams
  • Proficiency with at least one Agile Lifecycle Management tool (e.g. Rally, JIRA) & experience with Software development project lifecycle in an Agile environment
  • Knowledge of software languages, hardware platforms and their uses.
  • Service Now / Solve IT technology deployment experience besides the use of archer (security finding)
  • Complex power BI Dashboard building experience
  • Data Centre to Cloud transition experience (Example - AWS or Azure)
  • Building dashboard for executive reporting using Power BI or Sharepoint
  • Security, Resilience and Compliance Technical Program coordination experience
  • Successful experience working with geographically diverse teams and international exposure
  • Strong change management experience to transform way of working across teams.
  • Proven record of delivering large projects on time and within budget.
  • Work independently in a demanding and dynamic environment.
  • Working across various cultures and approach in an international environment
  • Human Capital Management (HCM) technology experience is a plus.
  1. Skills:
  • Knowledge and/or experience of working with Product Development and Infrastructure teams
  • Excellent verbal /written communication and presentation skills with technical teams (to accomplish project goals) and at with all levels of management / leadership
  • Skilled in building relationships and navigating through organizations.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to coach and mentor technical teams
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and energetic individual
  • Able to propagate information promptly, clearly, and unambiguously
  • Able to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and external.
  • Ability to work on highly complex assignments with minimal instructions.
  • Ability to influence in a matrix organization and drive effective change management
  • Must be a strong collaborator, team player as well as an individual contributor.
  • Able to strategically manage several concurrent projects & ability to effectively shifting priorities
  • Must possess extensive knowledge in the use of project management methodologies and tools; resource management practices and change management techniques.
  • Able to adapt style to different working environments, situations and cultures.
  • Attention to detail, time management and organization skills
  • Must possess a can-do, winning attitude, the highest level of integrity, and the ability to inspire confidence with an open, trustworthy, and engaging style.
  • Must possess an ability to build Shp solution or Power BI dashboard
  1. Education:
  • University degree or equivalent in education and experience
  • PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is required & Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) is a plus
