Within the Global Integration Center (GIC), we provide a seamless end-to-end HCM integration implementation & service experience driving consistency, efficiency, and scalability. Our teams share an evolving common methodology, drive requirements for enhanced integration tools & offerings, collaborate with Global Product & Technology (GPT) to pilot new products, and bring together subject matter expertise in Workday, Oracle, SuccessFactors, ADP's WorkForce Now, Project Management, and Client Service.

YOUR ROLE

Why we need you: As the Knowledge & Learning Manager for the GIC (Global Integration Center) you will be the force behind our team's continuous learning and upskilling. You will help drive team and client success by enabling our teams to build and refine their knowledge of payroll processes and products, HR systems, integration functionality and service excellence. The goal is to increase performance/scale and professionalism, reinforce knowledge and best practices and improve the overall client experience

What you will work on: in order to meet client demands and stay up to date on our tech developments and landscape, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the learning and knowledge efforts within the organization. This ranges from onboarding of new hires, creation of role specific academies, targeted upskilling, and development of existing implementation & service associates, through to reinforcement of knowledge of existing processes or development of new content.

You will collaborate with our leaders within the Global Integration Center but also the other business units and our corporate Enterprise Learning team to analyze learning needs and design suitable training content and delivery methods.

In this role, you will report into a Senior Leader (Director of Associate Experience).

II. Responsibilities:

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the successful onboarding and nesting of new hires: design & develop generic and role-based learning curricula based on guidance by senior leaders and hiring managers. Work closely with other SMEs, champions and our Enterprise Learning team.

• Determine and address ongoing learning needs proactively by working with different stakeholders such as associates, team managers, or HR business partners

• Define an effective and scalable approach to capture knowledge, document and keep it updated and cascade it into the organization, across regions and roles

• Help embed the GIC vision, values, desired behaviors, and representation of who we are across the organization by choosing the appropriate communication method

• Work closely with Learning and Knowledge resources from other teams to include key elements in our "talk tracks" with the client/partners and other business units.

TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and maintain role specific learning academies to support efficient onboarding to the different teams.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Learning to leverage existing, generate or co-create learning material and standardized learning sessions

• Train internal trainers (subject matter experts) in the creation and delivery of training sessions to ensure they are relevant, interactive and attaining the learning goals.

• Ensure GIC relevant training content is up-to-date and accessible for all associates.

• Monitor required trainings for completion

• Gather feedback/data on training effectiveness and areas for improvement

• Define practices and strategies to ensure knowledge is spread within the organization in the most efficient manner

III. Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE SKILLS:

• High fluency in English (oral and written) to enable smooth delivery to audiences around the world; additional languages are a plus but not mandatory

Passion for your clients, internal and external, putting people at the center of your work and designing with the client in mind

• Experience with instructional design: developing (from scratch), delivering, and deploying learning content and delivery in different settings, following standard Adult Learning Theories (e.g. ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, NLI AGES model, ...)

• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills in virtual or face-to-face settings. You enjoy working with different cultures, personalities and quickly build relationships with your stakeholders and colleagues. You ask good questions and give constructive feedback.

• Strong Project Management Skills and experience of managing scope, timeframes, stakeholders, resources to achieve objectives

Analytical skills to dissect complex issues into manageable pieces and ability to interpret data - and people - to understand the underlying concepts, potential conflicts and root causes of issues

• Expert in MS Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.); experience in creation and editing of video using tools like Camtasia is a plus

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with developing & delivering trainings or workshops in a business environment. Knowledge of Payroll / HR / HR systems is a plus.
