ADP provides payroll management and HR outsourcing services to clients. To provide the best service, one must have a large number of customer service professionals and a product that serves both external and internal users who execute the entire payroll process, personnel administration, and management with third parties such as Social Security, etc.

Role Objective:

The Implementation Consultant is responsible carrying out all phases of the project to achieve the service deployment required by the client, ensuring its accuracy, precision, and legality. This role requires strong communication skills to manage internal and external, client facing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Detection of non-contracted and out of scope service elements
  • Preparation of analysis and documentation
  • Manage the acceptance and approval of analysis from the client
  • Obtaining and managing the client's historical data, necessary for the initial systems load whenever the business requires it
  • Customization of ADP applications in order to perform the requested service
  • Request for services and/or resources from internal and external providers
  • Escalation of critical issues that impact that project plan
  • Client validation of services delivered, whether internal or external
  • Internal testing based on project requirements
  • Joint testing with the client (parallel run)

Experience:

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of labor legislation, Social security, Taxes in Spain
  • Knowledge of payroll and HR applications / programs.
  • Advanced knowledge of EXCEL
  • Daily management of processes, registrations, cancellations, and changes requests
  • Experience in payroll implementation, having carried out the implementation of the payroll platform in all its areas and details, not only in the coordination of the project
  • Knowledge and experience in Product and/or Project Management
  • Knowledge of payroll from a functional point of view

Studies:

  • Graduate in Labor Relations or Higher Degree
  • Project Management Certification (desired)

Languages:

  • Spanish (native)
  • English (intermediate / functional)
