The Analyst/Sr. Analyst will be a part of the Global Finance - Pricing Analytics CoE team working to support our two primary stakeholders ? Sales & Service for NAS in ADP. The job profile demands pricing new deals/re-pricing existing deals, providing concessions and promotional niche strategies to compete against our competitors and help retain client business with ADP. The role provides the associate a platform to articulate and assess client level details and prepare client level pricing. There is an opportunity to also provide insights and recommendations to management for exceptional approvals as a part of the everyday operational work. The job profile includes daily telephonic conversations with our stakeholders, sales and service teams, MAS senior leadership (Directors/Sr. Directors/VPs/CFO) that provides insights and strategic learnings to accomplish our aims and objectives. The role requires the analyst to be comfortable in working in ambiguous situations as the business requirements & trends are dynamic in nature and require out of the box solutions with below roles and responsibilities and is not limited to: ? Provide solution to day to day sales/service requests ? Adhere to timelines and quality agreements (SLAs) ? Provide support for escalation/high priority deals under defined and stringent timelines ? Assessing client level details and performing client pricing requests as per the standard pricing processes ? Active participation in group level discussions and adding value by providing insights at all BU level discussions ? Able to keep up with the updates of dynamic pricing processes and techniques ? Develop and distribute action-oriented reports for the senior leadership as and when required ? Look for opportunities to improve business processes, systems and analytic techniques ##LI-DNI

Qualifications: Bachelor?s Degree (B.A, B.Sc., B.E., B.Tech. etc.) ? Required Master?s Degree (MBA ? Finance/Marketing) ? Preferred but not mandatory Basic Requirements: ? 3-6 years of related work experience ? Strong communication skills (written and verbal) ? Ability to deliver under high level of ambiguity ? High degree of accuracy and attention to detail ? Ability to work in a matrix organization ? Team player, acts with a sense of urgency and can work cross functionally across different teams ? Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and requirements ? Expertise with MS Excel and software tools like Oracle, CRM (Clarify/SIEBEL) ? Intermediate experience with MS Access Preferred Requirements: ? Experience of having worked in a CoE environment ? Experience in an operational/analytical role ? Organized and able to work independently ? Familiarity with financial metrics and calculations ? Experience with relational database programs/querying tools ? Lean/Six sigma trained/certified would be an added advantage
