The Canada GLI Implementation Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation of ADP General Ledgers and General Ledger Interface (GLI) for all Implementation clients utilizing Implementation methodologies and processes Responsible for conducting analysis of complex client financial reporting requirements including chart of account(s), output file layout(s), accruals, burdens and related financial accounting information Determine functional (configuration) and technical (output file layout) design in order to implement solutions. Coordinate company structure decisions to meet payroll, time and attendance and GL requirements. Completes complex GLI projects as assigned, utilizing defined GLI team processes, tools and deliverables to implement functional design solutions for various implementation project tasks. Takes the lead on company structure discussions to ensure clients GL, payroll and time and attendance reporting requirements are all met. Determines required flow of data and impact to all systems. Executes standard processes and procedures, while partnering with offshore teams, Professional Services, Payroll Implementation Associates, ezLabour, HRIS, NCI, and ECR associates to complete the tasks required in creating the programming and setup, configuring software and mainframe to pass required fields, requesting, balancing and validating GLI test output, obtaining client approval of test files and supporting go live activities. Follows all Implementation processes and procedures. Provide input on regular GLI processes Liaises with Sales, Product Development, Payroll Implementation, COS, ECR, ezLabour, and Professional Services Interface groups as required.

REQUIREMENTS Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Court Coursed Certificate, Bachelors Degree, any field At least 6 months to 1 year KPO/Shared Services experience, general office, customer service and/or data entry experience. Above average verbal and written communications skills, analytical and problem solving skills. Preferably with experience in using MS Office applications Proven experience using the telephone in a high volume environment. Basic knowledge of math, ability to work with numbers. Possesses a strong knowledge of Paytech, ezLabour, labour costing, pay@work, Performance Pack, , accounting practices, financial reporting and industry standard tools. A history of successful performance in the following operational, implementation or service positions: GLI or ECR GL project experience desired Excellent Service Orientation skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills and expert problem solving skills
