Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Looking to expand the growth of a communications industry? Addison Group's client is seeking to hire a junior-level Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Washington D.C.! This position will be a contract role with the potential to extend. You will be collaborating and assisting a fast paced forward thinking team with administration duties and recruiting potential candidates on major job board platforms. This is a great opportunity to expand professional and client relationship skills.
Job Description and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent required
- Conduct phone screen intakes on potential candidates
- Research and source candidates on major job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Contact candidate references
- Prepare and negotiate job offers
- Personable while cultivating client relationships
- Positive attitude
- Collaborate with verticals on hiring forecast updates
- Initiate background checks
- Knowledge of STAR interviewing method
- At least 5+ years of recruiting experience or similar
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Creative problem solver
- Knowledge of behavioral and case interviewing techniques
- Able to collaborate with employees in all departments
- Send resolution emails to candidates
- Monitor job postings
