This Addison Group client, a non-profit based in DC, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support a surge in hiring. The ideal candidate will be innovative, passionate and proactive in supporting hiring managers across multiple divisions in current vacancies.
Job Duties:
•Perform full life-cycle recruitment duties
•Review and source candidates, utilize job boards, conduct candidate screening, schedule interviews, track onboarding, etc.
•Work collaboratively with hiring managers to ensure their hiring needs are met in a timely manner
•Be proactive and creative in sourcing qualified candidates
•Accurately evaluate candidates based on hiring needs
•Manage candidates via applicant tracking system

•Provide top-notch customer service to both candidates and managers
•Provide data and hiring reports as needed
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
•4+ years of relevant full life cycle recruiting experience including sourcing, applicant screening, interviewing and partnering with hiring managers
•Impeccable communication, networking, and organizational skills
•Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
•Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
•Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working in an applicant tracking system
•Must be willing to work proactively and take initiative
