An Addison Group client is looking for a Recruiter/Sourcer to join their team. This is a fully remote opportunity!
Responsibilities :
- Push all aspects of the early lifecycle of the candidate (sourcing, recruiting, and screening)
- Establish and maintain candidate flow using proactive detective-like sourcing techniques (internet and non-internet research, networking events, phone directories, etc.)
- Create unique and attractive outbound messaging to a candidate market that is inundated with recruiters
- Stay knowledgeable of industry employment trends, external compensation, benefits, etc. to identify current and/or potential issues that may impact candidate availability
- Juggle a large requisition load, across multiple offices and disciplines, in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with Divisional Talent Acquisition Lead on daily workload
- Maintain accountability in a highly visible position
- Other duties as assigned

- 3-5 years' of experience in the full lifecycle talent acquisition process in a direct hire executive search firm/recruiting agency environment
- Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business or related discipline
- Disciplined self-starter with a can-do attitude
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with all levels of staff
- Proactive, resourceful, collaborative team player who is detail-oriented and has solid follow thru skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and reprioritize multiple functions and tasks
