Office Coordinator | Tulsa, OK
Job Type: Full Time; Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
$12-14 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls from customers using a multi-line phone system
- Data entry with company and customer information
- Receive and process payments while handling confidential information and paperwork
- Create and enter order into internal system
- Greet customer and answer any questions that may arise
- Other clerical duties may include scheduling appointment, filing, faxing and scanning documents, ordering office supplies and maintaining a clean working environment

Required Experience:
- Previous administrative and customer service experience (1 year minimum)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Typing speed of 35 wpm or higher
- Outgoing personality, in-person and over the phone
