Job Description
Experience:
- 3-5 years supporting data networks or Microsoft environments
- Cisco CCNA preferred
- Microsoft MCP preferred (administrator, data engineer, solutions architect, security engineer)
- Understand Microsoft Active Directory
- Account creation
- Group management
- Rights assignments
- Group Policy Objects (creation, maintenance, troubleshooting)
- Endpoint management
- Desktop security (anti-virus, anti-malware)
- Remote access
Company is looking for experienced service desk employees that will be responsible for:
- Responding to alerts (email or phone confirmation)
- Event triage - investigate alert and resolve is possible
- Escalate to team if unable to resolve
- Ticket management - ability to maintain ticket status, provide updates to clients, and close tickets with in SLAs
- On-call - team members participate in an on-call rotation where they will be responsible to responding to customer's after hours. It is anticipated that this would occur one week per month
