Our client is seeking an eager and ambitious Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Washington, DC! The ideal candidate will be friendly, flexible, and a quick-learner. The HR Director needs a true HR Generalist that is familiar with all HR functions.
Job Description:
- Support the HR Director with all daily tasks as needed
- Update information in Paycom
- Update employee files
- Provide support for all HR needs, such as recruiting, benefits, etc.
- Communicate with internal staff across all departments regarding HR concerns
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Must be eager to learn quickly
- Must have a friendly and easy-going attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Must be familiar with HRIS
