Our client is a leading financial firm in NYC. They are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO.
Location : Midtown, New York
Contract to hire
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate CEO's Calendar and all changes that need to be made
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO
- Managing theCEO's phone calls and ensure all messages are accurately written down
- Assist with preparing presentations and executive documents
- Manage complex travel request for international and domestic travel
- Provide full scope of administrative support to the CEO
- Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information
- Produce and maintain detailed Excel reports and Word documents

Qualifications:
