Addison Group's client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Washington, DC!
Job Description:
- General administrative support
- Answer and transfer phone calls, warmly receive guests
- Ensure general organization and cleanliness of the office and the front desk
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail
- Log deliveries
- Produce our bi-weekly admin service letter
- Assist all supervisors with all meetings, including scheduling and agendas
- Coordinate onboarding activities
- Order business cards and other office supplies
- Log and organize receipts
- Maintain and follow building safety procedures
- Order catering for office lunches

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience with fax machines, printers, copiers, etc
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office
- Must have excellent customer service skills and impeccable communication skills
