Location - Schaumburg
Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to Executive staff:
- Maintain travel records, process and submit corporate expenses; reconcile
- Credit card bill and review charges, collect applicable receipts
- Organize calendars
- Set-up and coordinate meetings
- Manage and maintain files, archival and audit information,
- Responsible for set-up and stocking of new hire workstations
- Assist new hires in office logistics orientation
- Front office duties include:
- Welcome visitors to the office, answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries
- Maintains safe and presentable reception area and conference room (s)
- Assist in the maintenance of office equipment
- Assist in ordering office supplies and tracking office inventory
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail including FedEx, UPS, etc.
- Maintain office records

Required Skills
- At least 5 years of office/professional experience
