This person will need to work hybrid from our Plymouth Meeting, PA office three days per week.
Accolade's internship program runs June 9th-August 15th, 2025.
Role:
The Strategy & Performance Intern would be a core arm of the Strategy & Performance team, helping to support our main summer projects. In this role, you would gain experience writing business cases, doing data analysis, problem solving, project management, and presenting to key stakeholders, including c-suite executives. Interest and expertise in healthcare is a big plus, as many of the projects will be related to our clinical programs.
A day in the life...
- Process Optimization: Engage in core projects, which may include clinical areas like Case Management and Patient Navigation; innovation projects may involve the integration of AI and other efficiency tools, workflow optimization, and performance measurement tracking.
- Project Management: Assist in coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct research and data analysis to help drive insights and support project goals.
- Business Case Development: Practice writing business cases, using data to support recommendations, strategies, and performance improvement.
- Presentation & Communication: Create clear, compelling presentations and one-pagers to effectively communicate findings and project updates to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Currently pursuing or has completed a bachelor's degree in business, Economics, or a related field. Pre-Medical or Pre-Health preferred but not required.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, draw meaningful conclusions, and tell a story with data.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing business cases, results, and presentations.
- Interest in Healthcare: A passion for or experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing ideas and supporting overall project success.
