You are:
TheBusiness Analystwill perform analyses of an organizations processes and systems, assessing the business model to meet business process and application requirements.
The work:
- Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
- Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and or business solution.
- Research, gather and synthesize information.

Qualifications
Here's whatyou need:
- Bachelor's degree in a computer related field, or four years of experience of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
- One year experience in developing, prototyping, testing solutions for information systems implementation
- Experience with implementing enterprise applications
- Procedural language PL SQL knowledge and experience
Desired:
- Technical development experience implementing PeopleSoft
- Experience or training with Data Management Tools, NT Administration C Shell programming and or Bourne Shell programming language
- Enterprise Resource Planning ERP or other business systems experience.
- Experience with conceptual design and development of training curricula.
- Experience conducting user training sessions.
- Experience preparing communication plans.
- Experience using agile and or spiral development models.
- Experience performing program management support tasks, such as status reporting and work plan maintenance.
