You are:
The Business Analyst. Working with senior client front office leadership and other senior stakeholders to define, deploy, and execute strategic and tactical initiatives to define the future state of HR IT systems.

Client imperatives may include:
- Define and visualize technology strategy
- Evaluate and analyze data to support technology strategy
- Communicate strategy to leadership team and workforce
- Evaluate uptake and execution of strategy
- Assess business processes impacts to technology
- Define and execute change management initiatives in support of strategy to include stakeholder assessments, communications, and end user training
- Facilitate discussions in order to collaborate and obtain concurrence
- Analyze technology impacts and/or technology alternatives for proposed strategy
- Collect and assemble system requirements

Qualifications
Here's what you need:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 year of business or management consulting experience
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience using Microsoft PowerPoint to articulate and visualize messages
- Minimum of 1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel to analyze raw data
