You Are:
As a Senior Paid Social Media Buyer, you will have a passion for performance marketing and social media advertising. You will maintain day-to-day client communication, provide data-driven recommendations, and share updates on performance and optimizations across social platforms. You are both creative and analytical, comfortable speaking in front of clients and get excited about the opportunity to oversee a small team of buyers.
The Work:
- Serve as the Social Channel Lead for a global B2B client, working as an extension of their in-house social team.
- Provide expert advice as it relates to Paid Social, with a consideration for local nuances or platforms across NA, EMEA and APAC.
- Maintain strong working relationships with platform reps, nominating clients for betas and other value-add opportunities.
- Assist with the execution of global media plans in support of brand and demand campaigns.
- Oversee a small team of social buyers, ensuring flawless execution and providing direction, delegating tasks and advising on optimizations.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of media documents, including campaign launch docs, QA checklists, and budget trackers.
- Utilize research tools to conduct competitive analyses.
- Identify and monitor media trends in the social space for future opportunity testing.

Qualifications
Here's What You Need:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in paid social
- Minimum of 2 years of media buying experience on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
- Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager and Twitter Ads
- Experience with Reddit, StackOverflow and other online communities
- B2B expertise is preferred
- Proven ability to maintain strong internal, external and senior client relationships
- Strong time-management, problem-solving and communication skills
- Proactive, organized and able to work well in an individual to team setting
- Experience within in Excel, including but not limited to PivotTables and VLookups
