Job Summary:
A CIO Specialist works in key roles within a CIO initiative or the operations support effort for CIO's existing application portfolio, infrastructure and architecture. CIO Specialists are expected to utilize Project and Operations tools and processes depending on initiative or operations role, contribute to key components of the overall work effort, provide some supervisory guidance, help drive work planning activities, help measure progress, resolve core issues or follow-ups, influence content and ensure quality.
CIO Specialists are typically sourced from one the following capability areas (talent segments):
-Software Engineering -Business & Technology Integration
-Technology Architecture -Infrastructure
-Program Project & Service Management
-Management Consulting - Human Performance

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security compliance or similar relevant experience
- Minimum of 1 years of experience with Microsoft Office products (Strong Excel skills desired)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Security certifications: Security +, CRISC or equivalent
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
- Experience analyzing security vulnerability data
- Previous experience defining requirements for complex projects
Professional Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $61,600 - $97,199 and information on benefits offered is here.
