A Consulting maestro with tons of experience in the retail industry, and leadership and management skills to spare. Your expertise? Advising clients on supply chain strategies & capabilities to achieve their strategic, financial, and operational goals. You have energy and drive in abundance, along with personal resilience, a passion for serving clients, and a love of continual learning. You have a flair for breaking down processes into logical parts and constructing crystal-clear reasoning and analyses-an aptitude you use to decimate problems. Communication and people skills? The Work:
  • Go deep to get the lay of the land of the retail industry that clients operate in, and to grasp clients' business options in the context of global, economic, technology, and social trends.
  • Help clients achieve long-term success by drawing up and helping to deliver practical road maps that help clients carry out strategy, manage change, monitor and gauge processes, and rectify issues if needed.
  • Originate, qualify and close new opportunities for Accenture to transform our client's supply chains
  • Assist clients with industry shifts taking place within the competitive marketplace - inclusive of new technologies, evolving omnichannel experiences, capabilities and fulfillment nodes
  • Work with Accenture leadership teams to develop and deliver new business through trust and value-led relationships with the key client stakeholders responsible for supply chain transformation initiatives and play the role of a trusted advisor
  • Be a thought-leader in Retail Supply Chain Industry challenges, trends, solutions, economics and related qualitative & quantitative aspects
  • Lead teams providing solutions - from concept to implementation - across omni-channel supply chain capabilities, including integrated end to end planning, fulfillment and distribution
  • Lead project teams to advise clients on how technology can help them transform their supply chain
  • Lead teams in driving insights and recommendations using data models and visualization tools.
  • Manage junior members of the Consulting team and groom them for more responsibility.
  • Build relationships with clients to sustain Accenture's profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.
  • Keep deepening your prowess in retail business transformations and supply chain capabilities in order to reinforce Accenture's reputation as a thought leader.
Travel:
  • For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications

Here's What You Need:
  • Minimum combined 8 years' professional experience at a large consulting firm and/or working in relevant retail supply chain organization, to include:
    • Client facing experience with demonstrated experience as a pro-active leader
    • Making strategic recommendations for process, organization, technology solutions to improve the customer and/or patient experience, value and productivity
    • Working on multiple deals at the same time with multiple clients per week
  • Expertise knowledge of supply chain, including integrated planning, fulfillment, and distribution / logistics
  • Minimum 4 years of consulting experience in the consulting industry, or equivalent in an internal consulting role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years of prior experience in driving insights using statistics or data analysis

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $200,000 - $205,999 and information on benefits offered is here.
