Information Technology Project Manager (Accenture LLP; Atlanta, GA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Information Technology Project Manager in Atlanta, GA to guide and lead teams of analysts/development/support in various Information Technology programs across several multi-year, multi-million-dollar projects. S/he will perform the following duties: define processes and strategies best suited to each project; move between agile and waterfall approaches depending on project specifics and business goals, creating detailed project road maps, plans, schedules and work breakdown structures; review and/or approve estimates and assumptions for the project's schedule, effort, and cost using established estimating models, best practices, and experience; work with cross functional business teams and align business goals with technology solutions to drive process improvements; accountable for the work done by supervisors; responsible for planning and directing the work of a group of individuals, providing coordination and guidance to them, overseeing their tasks, and taking corrective action when necessary; conduct status meetings provide feedback on each team member's performance; identify ways to enhance unit or division's performance such as improving schedule efficiency or supporting training efforts and implement high-level improvements in line with company policies and goals related to efficiency; handle risk/issue resolution across Business/Development teams. Raise issues and risks to program leadership and manage stakeholder communications; mitigate risk factors through careful analysis of financial and statistical data; manage project financials, relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations/regions, suppliers and subcontractors; recognize problems and opportunities quickly and correctly, take appropriate actions to solve the problems or capitalize the opportunities; conduct Agile Project planning and adoption of Scrum and Kanban methodology; manage resource allocation and scheduling; manage design and development of BI solution prototypes that demonstrate insights, performance and usability to business and IT stakeholders and serve as Subject matter advisor for Data Analytics and Visualization project related work; and Comprehend and translate complex, advanced functional, technical and business requirements into executable architectural designs.

Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field, plus 6 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as Application Development Specialist, Senior Business Intelligence Developer, Technology Analyst, Senior Systems Engineer or in a related IT position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 5 years of experience managing/leading project teams across regions/geographies; 6 years of experience with Data Analytics, translating technical and business requirements into executable architectural designs; 6 years of experience in the overseeing design and development of BI solution prototypes to demonstrate insights, performance and usability to business and IT stakeholders; 5 years of experience of mitigation of risk factors through careful analysis of financial and statistical data; 5 years of experience in overseeing project financials and coordinating work between different teams at different locations/regions; and 6 years of experience of working with cross functional business teams and aligning business goals with technology solutions to drive process improvements.
Telecommuting is permitted for this role; need to reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the assigned Accenture office.
