Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture -the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.

The Customer Finance Analyst manages customer portfolios with a focus on company profitability, collects invoices in a timely fashion, and manages customer claims in order to maximize Days Sales Outstanding DSO results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Receivable A R Management Monitor DSO for entire Portfolio
  • Collect invoices in a timely manner
  • Collaboration closely with Sales and Customers
  • Research all customer deductions and obtain supportive documentation
  • Run weekly queries to organize and prioritize the work week
  • Prepare credit debit memo requests and issue adjustments, as directed
  • Provide backup information for Accounts Receivable AR adjustments
  • Assist Managers in establishing an accurate forecast of cash receipts
  • Assist Managers in Audit requests and controls
  • Serve as a trainer for other hourly, weekly or temporary personnel, as requested
  • Work on special projects and other assignments, as needed

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in AR/AP
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer facing operations environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Functional expertise in a Billing and Collections environment
  • Experience with SAP would be a bonus
  • Professional Skill Requirements
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Ability to operate independently and learn processes quickly
  • Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
    Education
  • University Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent business experience
