Job Summary:

Do you like coming up with the big picture but also executing the details? Are you a mix of an Art Director and a Graphic Designer? Then this is the job for you. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and eager to make a big impact. You will work with the Design lead and creative team to conceptualize ideas and be responsible for seeing the project through final execution while delivering incredible results. We need someone with experience working in video production with the technical background to develop original creative concepts and design approaches, alone or in collaboration with others. This person must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to juggle numerous projects at once.

As part of this team, you'll play a key role in helping Accenture Productions execute its creative strategy. You'll work with a diverse team of video producers, editors and graphic designers to conceive and create everything from internal communications campaigns to external advertisements and live-event show packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret abstract ideas to create tangible solutions
  • Ideate and brainstorm video solutions against creative briefs and Rfps
  • Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with copywriters, design lead, producers
  • Produce and communicate sketches, mock-ups, presentation decks and storyboards (internally and externally) based on creative vision and ideas.
  • Manage assignments and guide graphic designers
  • Collaborate with marketers, producers, copywriters, stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Create designs for virtual events, meetings, podcasts, tv shows
  • Own projects from concept to delivery
  • Stay current on industry trends, company brand guidelines and business objectives
  • Establish schedules for short-term and long-term projects and work with producers / editors to deliver on-time results
  • Liaise with producers to ensure designs include client approved images, fonts, colors and brand guidelines

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 year's experience in a television, production or agency setting
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a graphic designer, editor, photographer or another artistic occupation
  • Exceptional creative design portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking across multiple projects with examples of video / content campaign work
  • Expert knowledge of visual communication and craft; layout, typography, color, illustration
  • Brand design experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator at least)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Keynote
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office; Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams
Professional Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and client expectations
  • Eager to learn new skills or take on new challenges
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $56,500 - $94,799 and information on benefits offered is here.
