Business Process Delivery professionals execute repeatable core business processes and/or technical transactions with a focus on efficiency, first-time quality and overall continuous process improvement.

The Business Operations Specialist supports the effective delivery of the engagements across a large global team while supporting leadership priorities and initiatives. This role will help build on and drive community across 8K people in 40 locations by increasing collaboration and engagement, while leveraging the teams supporting related areas. They will be responsible for the engagement for the North America team. In addition to the engagement work, the Business Operations Specialist will be supporting the leadership team with a focus on finance, contracting, and operations. Work would be both standard deliverables as well as ad hoc project support

Responsibilities:
  • Leading and facilitating global engagement across 14 countries, connecting teams and sharing best practices
  • Aligning and driving account talent priorities and people experience
  • Build network of support for career development and mentorship
  • Build relationships with strategic HR teams and Corporate Citizenship teams and programs
  • Execute projects and campaigns directly related to delivering on leaderships priorities
  • Proactively manage internal governance and meeting,
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and support as required to both the Account Lead

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • 3 years minimum experience with client facing roles
  • 3 years minimum experience of process management
  • 3 years minimum experience in Microsoft Office Suite Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams
  • 2 years minimum experience of training and/or coaching professionals
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Passion for an inclusive, diverse, and fun work place
  • Experience with interacting with a global team
  • Experience with working virtually within a team
  • Ability to drive work to completion and on time, while being able to be adaptable to changing priorities
  • Experience with executive level support
